Car

To get to Valencia by car, there is a road network linking the city to other cities in Spain:

— From the AP-7, which travels along the Spanish Levante coast and connects Valencia, Barcelona, and Alicante in a north-south direction.

— The road A-3 goes towards the centre of the peninsula and goes to Madrid from Valencia airport.

Valencia Airport

Located in Manises, just 8 kilometres from Valencia centre. There are domestic flights every day to locations such as Palma de Mallorca, Madrid, and Sevilla, as well as popular international destinations including Italy, France, and Germany.

Port of Valencia

It is one of the most important in the Mediterranean. It is 5.5km away from the city centre. It links Valencia by boat with the Balearic Islands and Italy. It’s a famous destination for cruise ships stop at the Poniente pier to visit the city for a short visit.

Ferries go to Ibiza, Mahón, and Palma de Mallorca.

Cruise port

Located 6 km from Valencia city centre. There is a shuttle from the port to take passengers to the Terminal.

Valencia has a large network of bicycle hire stations, making the option to pedal through the river park from any point in the city a pleasant experience.

The regular EMT line stops at the doors of Oceanogràfic. Bus numbers 95 and 15 will connect you with different points of the city.

If you show your Oceanogràfic ticket, you can benefit from a “flat rate” from €7 for the day, except in high season and/or special holidays, which will be priced at €8/day.

Please present your Oceanogràfic ticket at either the shops or car park control centre to get the flat rate.
